A: While we do our best to ensure your gift arrives as close to your requested arrival date as possible, arrival dates are not guaranteed. Due to weather, harvest conditions and the harvesting process, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. All arrival dates are considered approximate.Q: What charges do I need to include with my mail order?

A: We ship all orders exclusively via UPS. This ensures reliable delivery with detailed tracking from our door to yours.Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Pricing is a flat rate per package based on the destination:- United States:
- $17.99 shipping & handling per item within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Canada:
- $49.99 shipping & handling per item.
Q: What are the restrictions for shipping to Canada?
A: Canadian shipments must be fruit-only -- Candy, marmalades and cakes are not allowed. You must select an all-fruit gift when shipping to Canada.Q: Are there any special rules for certain U.S. States?
A: Yes. Gifts going to Arizona, California, Louisiana, and Texas follow a special set of guidelines for shipping because these states also grow citrus. As a result, these packages have a unique shipping schedule and are shipped less frequently on a few pre-selected dates each month. For information on requested arrival dates for these states please call us at 1-800-294-2266 for more details.Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes?
